Jeannetta Hill memoir
Jeanetta S. Hill was born in Evergreen, Alabama, on February 7, 1934. She attended Alabama State University for three years before becoming a textile worker. She worked for Cleutt and Peabody, Inc., where she made pants for Sears. She was a member of Little Zion Baptist Church.

In her narrative, Jeannetta Hill discusses the local union and her experiences as a black textile worker.

Recorded in Evergreen, Alabama, on April 17, 1977, as part of the University of Alabama in Birmingham Oral History Research Project.
